Return Policy

1. Made-to-Order Rugs – No Returns

All our rugs are handmade and made-to-order, so we do not accept returns for reasons like:

  • Change of mind

  • Size/color preferences

  • Minor variations due to handcrafted nature


2. Return Eligibility – Damaged or Defective Items

We only accept returns if:

  • Product is damaged during transit

  • Product is defective or not as described


3. Return Request Timeline

  • Any return or issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us at support@tuftorarugs.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Photos of damaged/defective item

    • Unboxing video (if available)


4. Return Approval & Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.

  • Returned product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-sized rugs

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Items without proof of damage or misuse


7. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • In other cases, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
