All our rugs are handmade and made-to-order, so we do not accept returns for reasons like:

2. Return Eligibility – Damaged or Defective Items
We only accept returns if:

Product is damaged during transit

Product is defective or not as described
3. Return Request Timeline

Any return or issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

4. Return Approval & Process
